The Sports Performance Clinic is a multi professional sport, health and fitness clinic specializing in strength & conditioning and injury rehabilitation. The Clinic is located at the Pretty Gardens Lifestyle Centre in Langenhovenpark, Bloemfontein. We have a team of specialists that include: strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, sport science, bio-kinetics, sports massage and personal training.

The Sports Performance Clinic is a complete sports conditioning, sports injury and rehabilitation centre that caters for everyone who needs advice in the fields of injury, injury prevention, rehabilitation and high performance conditioning. It is an interactive approach between our specialists that not only implement effective rehabilitation programs but also enables the athlete to excel to the next level in his/her sport.

The Sports Performance Clinic also recognizes the gap between Rehabilitation & Sports Performance Training. We identify the physical demands of your sport and ensure that you have the functional capacity at the end of your program to not only return successfully but also to physically perform at a higher level than before.

Since day one when SPC opened I knew that I was at the right place. I knew that the passion and knowledge would make me the best I could possibly be. I was blessed when the SPC chose me to represent their brand as an ambassador. I was a challenging year to come as I was preparing for the Netball World Cup that was taking place in Sydney, Australia. I had certain goals set in place, and I wanted to be the fittest, and most conditioned player when I walked onto the court. Of course, to achieve this, you needed someone to look after your training and preparation, as this is an integral part of my success, and one cannot compete at a professional level and plan your training schedule by yourself. Sport Performance Clinic was more than just a training facility. “They are goal orientated, driven and a family”. In conjunction with Adrian, Morne and the team they continually challenged me to be the best, to train harder and develop areas that needed some attention. I believe that I am in the best physical shape of my life, and that SPC had lain a strong foundation for me to excel in my sport. I thank them for their dedication and true professionalism.

Wow what can I say! Dankie aan SPC wat my gekry het tot war ek is! Het middel Augustus daar begin rehab/conditioning doen na ‘n lang gesukkel met ITB en het vandag my 1ste 21km gehardloop van Februarie af en toe hardloop ek nog my PB ook! In ‘n kort tydjie van DIE REGTE conditioning doen by DIE REGTE MENSE kon ek weer kom waar ek was en better! En dit nadat ek 6 maande amper niks gehardloop het nie. Wow! Dankie, dankie, dankie aan elkeen wat ‘n deel daarvan gemaak het. Ek sal julle vir ENIGE een aanbeveel!
